NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 — Terms of Use

Welcome to NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360
NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 is a soccer development and performance platform designed for players, parents, guardians, coaches, teams, and clubs.
Features may include player development, training, nutrition, hydration, recovery, match tracking, goal setting, family communication, and team management. Feature availability depends on your account type, subscription, and applicable permissions.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Accounts must not be shared in ways that bypass individual authentication, subscription requirements, guardian permissions, or player privacy protections.
We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the safety of other users.
3. Children, Minors, and Guardian Consent
NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 includes features intended for youth soccer development.
Minors must have appropriate parent or legal guardian authorization to create or use accounts and access features that require guardian approval.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Services.
Features involving player-to-player communication, family connections, or sharing personal information may require verified account relationships and additional authorization.
Guardian approval may be withdrawn, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
Users must not misrepresent their age, identity, guardianship, or authority over another player's account.
4. Basic and Premium Memberships
NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 offers Basic and Premium access.
Basic Membership: Provides access to selected features without a paid subscription.
Premium Membership: Provides access to additional eligible features, which may include expanded training, player development, nutrition, hydration, recovery, and family functionality.
Features may change as the Services develop. Material changes to paid features will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Premium access is subject to an active and valid subscription entitlement.
5. Premium Subscription Pricing
For customers purchasing through the United States Apple App Store, the standard subscription prices are:
Premium Monthly: $9.99 USD per month.
Premium Annual: $89.99 USD per year.
Prices may vary by country or region, currency, applicable taxes, and App Store pricing changes.
The price and billing period displayed in Apple's purchase confirmation screen govern your purchase.
6. Automatic Renewal and Billing
Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
Unless canceled, the subscription renews for the applicable monthly or annual billing period at the then-applicable price, subject to Apple's notification and consent requirements.
Apple manages payment processing, renewal, billing, and subscription transactions for purchases made through the App Store.
Any applicable free trial or introductory offer will be disclosed before purchase. No free trial is guaranteed.
7. Cancellation and Subscription Management
You may cancel your Apple subscription at any time through your Apple Account.
To manage or cancel a subscription:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name.
Select Subscriptions.
Select NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360.
Choose Cancel Subscription, if available.
Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewals. Premium access generally continues through the current paid subscription period unless otherwise specified by Apple or applicable law.
Deleting your NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
You must manage cancellation separately through Apple.
8. Refunds
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its applicable policies and legal obligations.

NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 does not independently control Apple's refund decisions.
9. Restore Purchases
Eligible users may restore previously purchased Premium subscriptions through the application's Restore Purchases feature.
Restoration requires an applicable active subscription entitlement and may depend on the Apple Account and purchase history associated with the subscription.
Restoring a purchase does not create a new subscription charge.
10. Family Premium and Player Accounts
Family Premium features may allow authorized parents or guardians to manage linked player profiles, invitations, and family-related access.
Verified family relationships and applicable account limits determine access to protected features.
Invited adult family members may receive restricted access to approved family information and authorized Family Huddle participation. They do not automatically receive ownership, subscription-management authority, or permission to change children's profiles.
Player information must not be transferred, reassigned, or accessed without proper authorization.
11. Messaging, Community Safety, and User Content
NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 may provide Family Huddle, Friends Chat, and authorized team communication features.
Users agree not to:
Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or exploit other users.
Share sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Solicit sensitive personal information from minors.
Impersonate another player, parent, guardian, coach, or administrator.
Circumvent guardian consent, account restrictions, blocking, or safety protections.
Distribute unauthorized images or videos of other individuals.
Use the Services for unlawful activities.
Where available, users may block other participants or report inappropriate content.
We may review reports, restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
No moderation system can guarantee that all inappropriate content will be prevented.
12. Photos, Videos, and Uploaded Content
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully upload, subject to the rights of other individuals appearing in that content.
You represent that you have the necessary permissions to upload and share the material, including appropriate guardian authorization where required.
You grant NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 a limited, nonexclusive license to store, process, display, and transmit uploaded content as necessary to operate the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We do not acquire ownership of your personal photographs or videos merely because you upload them.
13. Training, Nutrition, Hydration, and Recovery Information
NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 provides general soccer development, fitness, nutrition, hydration, and recovery information for educational purposes.
The Services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized nutritional guidance.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals when appropriate, particularly concerning injuries, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or youth athletic participation.
Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate assistance.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
Our collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information are described in the NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 Privacy Policy:

Information concerning minors, player profiles, family communications, and uploaded media is subject to applicable privacy and access controls.
15. Account Deletion and Data Removal
Users may access the account-deletion process through the application, subject to identity verification and applicable safety requirements.
Deletion requests may require additional verification when accounts contain linked minors, shared family records, active investigations, or information subject to lawful retention requirements.
We will process eligible deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of other users.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
16. Intellectual Property
The NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 name, branding, application design, original training materials, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly authorized, users may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit proprietary content without permission.
17. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
We will provide notice of material changes when required by applicable law.
18. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, NEXT LEVEL Soccer 360 disclaims warranties not expressly provided and is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the Services, unauthorized account activity, or reliance on general training and wellness information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Termination
You may stop using the Services or request account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or conduct that endangers other users.
Any suspension or termination will be handled consistently with applicable law and subscription obligations.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations, or business operations.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
